Energetic Boys {Frelinghuysen Arboretum, Morristown, NJ}

I am way behind with this blog--sorry, it's just so much easier to share photos on facebook.  Apologies to all you non-facebook people!  I'm playing catch-up now!

Back in June, I did this shoot at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum in Morristown, NJ.  It was a beautiful day and a great location for a shoot!  There was lots of space to run around which is important when doing a shoot with three boys!  I had a blast running around with three energetic, adorable boys.  The twins are four years old.  How cute are they?

Newborn Photo Session

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of photographing a longtime friend's newborn baby girl, "S." What a peanut! And so alert for only 10 days old! Little "S" was awake the entire session!  Because she was awake and alert the entire time, we didn't get any traditional sleepy baby newborn shots but that's okay!  I mean, how cute is this little babe???  And look at those gorgeous eyes!  (And Mama looks pretty great too!)

First Birthday Party

On Saturday, we attended a first birthday party for this adorable little girl!  Sydney is the daughter of very close friends of ours.  I just had to share this one.  She looks like a super star!

And here is one of Sydney's first cousins, Boden.  I love the eyes.  He looks so soulful! 

Montclair Session

Last Saturday, I had a session with two adorable children. We met at the Van Vleck House in Montclair, NJ.  This was my first time here and a perfect place for a session with two curious kids!  The kids really enjoyed exploring the grounds.   Jules is 3 and loves bugs, especially beetles!  She found lots of bugs in the gardens--that made her very happy!

And here's her little brother, Nino.  He just turned a year old.  How cute is he???

Summer sessions are booking up fast!  I am all booked up for the month of June and for the beginning of July.  As a reminder, I'm offering a special if you book a session by June 30 and use it by August 15.  The session will be discounted from $125 to $100 and I am offering a disc of 25-30 photos on a disc for an additional $50.  Once again, you must book your session by June 30 to get this special offer.  After that, I will be offering print packages instead of the disc. 

Earth Fest at Heaven Hills Farm

I spent a wonderful Sunday afternoon with my family at Heaven Hill Farm in Vernon, NJ.  They were having Earth Fest that day and it was completely free so we went to check it out!  What a cute farm--they have farm animals, hayrides, and a cute farm store.  There were also lots of vendors set up, a big giant slide and lots of room to run around and play!

A Spring Sunday

We had an absolutely gorgeous weekend and what better way to spend a Sunday morning than in a park in Sparta with this beautiful family.

Okay, so maybe I AM biased because they are actually cousins of mine!  But I think these kids are two of the cutest kids I know!  Vincent is 3 years old and was so much fun to photograph!

Vincent is also a GREAT big brother to one-year-old Alaina.  Poor Alaina wasn't feeling great so it was hard to coax a smile out of her.

I absolutely love this one of Alaina and her mommy--they both look so beautiful!
